I was terminated from werner they would not give me a reason to put down on an app. i had one minor accident preventable dot. and 2 minor incidents non dot. a bent bumper and i knocked someones mirror off. Do i list thoughs as all accidents or one accident and two incidents they are all on my dac. and info requested from werner they show one dot and 2 non dot. werner also said i am rehireable. also i was awarded unemployment they said i was terminated without due process. i am not getting any responses on my applications . Any advice would be appreciated

 

there had to be more to the termination than that, I know of a few drivers that have had 2 or more dot preventbles at werner and still drives for them but they make their appointments on time.

BTW.. i have to ask how u knocked some mirriors off?
