All states were required to do background check on Hazmat licenses since May 5, 2003. See: http://development04.teamster.org/re...sFAQs_0205.pdf kc0iv

When I renewed my CDL and did my Hazmat test and all that today, I had to show my "medical card".....or lose the license. I live in FL.

When I moved to oklahoma from another state oh not even 2yrs ago
All I did was go down pay the money and had to drop my hazmat. Didn't have the money nor was I driveing at that point. Nothing else was needed. Although I do know if you are doing the hazmat part and you have not had that before or let it drop. Fingerprings *can be done in okc at flying J* hazmat test to get endorcement must have letter that can take up to 30 days to get from fingerprints photo id and a certified copy of birth certificate. |
Doesn't look to be too hard or expensive after all, which is great news.
