Well at least none of them here are driving trucks.

But I did hear the Nashville Int'l Airport was shut down the other day.

Yea, a Swift driver was going down the runway looking for a Pilot.

yes thay are had to do it in OCT. 06

All states were required to do background check on Hazmat licenses since May 5, 2003. See: http://development04.teamster.org/re...sFAQs_0205.pdf

When I renewed my CDL and did my Hazmat test and all that today, I had to show my "medical card".....or lose the license. I live in FL.

When I moved to oklahoma from another state oh not even 2yrs ago
All I did was go down pay the money and had to drop my hazmat.
Didn't have the money nor was I driveing at that point.
Nothing else was needed.

Although I do know if you are doing the hazmat part and you have not had that before or let it drop.
Fingerprings *can be done in okc at flying J*
hazmat test
to get endorcement must have
letter that can take up to 30 days to get from fingerprints
photo id and a certified copy of birth certificate.
