One thing to keep in mind about running out of room with the nose of your truck when your trying to get back under the trailer. It's usually because you started out with the rear of the trailer sitting too far away from the parking spot. I stated 5 or 6 feet in my setup...that's probably the high side of that distance. You probably need to keep it down to 2-3 feet if possible. Like I stated, you can adjust the angle and distance a little and you'll find where you need to be pretty quick. It also seems like you need to change both of them up a little sometimes depending on how the parking is laid out. With the help of 3 or 4 other drivers......... and 8-10 pullups, this method got me in there every time!!  |
