I gave up on transition lenses inside the truck completely. The truck windows block the UV light that's required to make the tint change. I just buy 2 pair of glasses - 1 pair sunglasses, the other 'normal' lenses. I'm going for new glasses next week. I may go with sunglasses + a pair of transitions for normal wear.

The pair I got has a magnetic clip on shades so when I'm driving I can just clip them on. BTW I got them at Walmart, they were the cheapest around here.
