Default Government rebates for APU

I didn't see another thread and since the search wasn't working I thought I'd start a thread.

Tennessee is still accepting applications and they still have some money left. They may get some more money next year too so it may be worth it to send in an application before the end of September. The program is first come first serve. They'll pay up to 50% or $4000 for a qaulifying APU.

type of APU

For People living in Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska OOIDA is also administering a rebate program.

Has anyone ever gotten a rebate or is this one of those feel good Gov't programs?

My buddy in Ohio got his entire APU paid for thru a state grant. He called OOIDA, they said OHIO was offering a grant, and they helped him file. Paid for a Rigmaster unit completely.

I myself would not get a rigbastard, but hey, it was free LOL

And yet some still say OOIDA isn't worth joining.

And to those people I say BULLS**T...... It costs $25 if you do it around the time of MATS and even if you never use their services, you at least get a nice magazine that caters to our industry. Hell, most of them spend more than that in 1 day of the nasty buffets
