I have my own spreadsheet to do all my bookkeeping. This is just an example and has nothing to do with what I use. If you get a copy of this and run it under the spreadsheet program you can enter in things like I play to run 12,000 miles a month, my truck gets 8mpg and it will recalculate and give you a bottom line figure. You can change all the values in the personal bills section and insurance costs and everything else to reflect your operation and it will recalculate based on those new figures. It's just an example.

Most of these spreadsheet programs have a "help" button you can use. When you go to "help" either look for formulas or key it in to the search window. Once you use a few formula's you will start to get the hang of it. Most of these spreadsheets are pretty much the same.

I don't have my website anymore since I went wireless and don't have Comcast at home.
I was using my old companies server and that went belly up and they still haven't replaced that! I may have to look into a pay service.
