Opinions on a truck purchase.....

Realistically, the truck is 7 years old and has ran a tad under 80K a year. Many hhg trucks do 60K a year, so it is possible its been working.
Or ran hard a few years by a team then sat

Rebuilding an older engine can get expensive fast. You can end up spending much more than 30k due to parts failing prematurely within a 3-year period.

My friend just had his 2001 Freighliner rebuilt for 12K. That included new injectors, turbo etc.
And we may be in a surpressed market but down here (South Florida) they are just exporting them. I just bought another one and there wasn't much to choose from. But I'm happy with what I'm getting. I was in the Ryder fleet sales office and they had a map on the wall with pins in all the countries they are selling to, plenty of pins on the wall.
