Why? It will only eliminate the FSC concept, you want a FSC demand one don't expect the feds to mandate it, they'll just screw it up.

That bill won't do anything. If your leased on then the company will just lower your cut and give you 100% of the FSC and you'll end up with the same amount.

If your an independent carrier the shipper and broker will do away with any wording that has to do with FSC and all hauls will be quoted as all inclusive.
