tootie All my cans and jars are lined up together in the cabinet. I have 2 of everything so when I run out I have another one at hand. Of course I run out and replace it the next day. Holy crapola. I'm at the Iowa80 truck stop and the wind is wicked. You might think Paris was in my truck it's rocking so much.

Pic's are coming soon, and I hope to be on the road by Oct. 1st, the buyer for my house is going well, so all should be on track.
BTW,.....I date Dwarf's,.....not fat chicks,....(see first rule of dating,....I must be able to pick her up over my head,...and thanks to some of you perv's,...now I have to add subsection a.21 and older only please). My logos are sitting at the printer,..all ready to go up, but I feel like I'll jinx myself if I take pic'e before the logo's go on. This truck has been a handfull,..you can imagine what I've had to repair on a $9,000,....925,000mile truck.

I hear ya. Talk about the sh!ttie surprises you have had. A/C drain in wall etc..., I remember. Im surprised you have hung in there this long. Takes testicular fortitude. 8) And for the lil ladies too, I forgot about that. What's next an APU? 8)

If I made a list of everything I have done to this truck,....it would be a never ending post that would put you all to sleep. As for the APU,..its already on board.
Don't get me wrong,..I'm not complaining,..I knew what I was in for when I bought this thing,.....but it has been quite a project. Today I tore out the dash, and the inside of the cab to put in my new air horn, door locks, and wire up my XM radio. Of course when I had the dash apart,...I saw some things that were not quite up to my specs,...so I rewired most of the dash clusters, and moved my wiper controls from above my head to down on the dash. Tye radio sounds good though 8)

Whew!!!! did you have any idea that there were that many Dwarf chicks in Hollywood?? Good thing I had plenty of time to deal with all of them.
In reality,...I am getting ready to head out. The problem is that the longer I wait for my house to close,..the more I tend to fix things on the truck. This week I replaced the cat walk and the rear fenders, also I am thinking about making the trolly brake operational again ( the air lines were severed by the prev. owner). It's the little things like that that add up to a full days work. I also have a water leak in the cab,..up near the wiper mounts, and it lets a bit more water in than I like,...., thats next on the list. I also have to drop off the truck to get the decals put on, but that will be a few days before I head out, and then I'll have a bunch of pic's to post. Then its a bobtail to Stanley Wisconsin to pick up the trailer,...and I'm officially working. |
