I think its a $2.95 fee for advancing cash, plus whatever the atm charges. I load my card with $1000 at a time to reduce fees. Sometimes up to $3000. I try to withdraw my money at casinos, where you can usually get up to $5000, saving me additional fees. I pay lumpers, fuel, tolls, meals, motels, and more with cash (its accepted everywhere) 8)
