I'm curious why this is in the o/o forums when you're a company driver??

If they held his money without a judgement that would be tottaly illegal on their part, and with my low opinion of them I wouldnt put it past them.
The big company I worked for (sorry wont name them, but if you see my other posts you would get a clue lol) was NAILED on that with-holding crap without due process, was overjoyed to see someone else got tired of their crude too and fought back.

I think you're right on that. More likely they would go for a judgment.

Hey people I would like to continue this topic, in th am, it's 11:30pm and Iv'e been up since 4:30 am and am ready for bed.

I really appreciate all the advice and critism I have encountered so far and would like to keep this giong.

There is a lot to learn from eery one here and I am truly willing to learn.
I don't want out of the industry, I really want to know more, please give any and all advise that you have.

Sitting with my wife at dinner to night I had the reddest eyes you could ever imagine. HOw do I tell my three sons that I got fired for cheating the system, when I tell them everyday to not cheat is one heck of a lesson.

Yes they told me I could pick up my last paycheck on Friday, it would include all monies owed me. There has been no mention of any retribution so far, If there is If there is, I am prepared to take what is coming to me.

If they take your last paycheck- don't worry about it. You made up for it plenty times over by now  Is it illegal? Who cares? A criminal record is free, but the consequences are VERY costly and detrimental to your future career.

Example-

If my wife wanted a divorce and all she wanted was the speedboat (that i paid for) and I wanted to be stubborn, she'd take the house, the cars, and the speedboat in court! (of course, I'm not married, but I'm just saying).

You may be very lucky. Mclane may just cut bait and be done with you. Sometimes its best not to say anything to your kids. Just start out fresh and do it right from now on.

You mean like this:

They'd spend a 100,000 if they though they could hang someone as an example. It isn't always about the money.
:?:
I don't assume anyone is guilty or innocent just by a post.
