Hmmm he was certainly quilty of unethical and immoral behaior, hmmm actual criminal behavior, he is actually innocent of at this time ( Innocent till PROVEN quilty). No matter what he wants to confesses to(until the conviction is on your record), and I have seen many people sing a different tune and version of the facts when actually charged with a crime.
You know...no offense to you NHE cuz you know Ive been on your side through this, but in all my life, the STUPIDIST thing I've ever saw is a person come on a board and say, "I am certainly lucky my company did not criminally charge me after what I did." (Why not hang a sign on yourself, "Im guilty") AT this point I kind of question whether your a real person or not....or just someone who demonstrates bad choices twice in his life?

I would tell my kids everything I did, otherwise when they do something wrong, and you go to correct them what a blast in the face when they say "Well Daddy, you stole from a company and tried to hide it, what is the difference from me and you"?

It would be much better to explain to them that when you do wrong to come clean, admit your guilt, pay for it, learn from it, and move on.
