Class A licensed, would like to rent a tractor (NYC) for practice driving (w/ or w/o trailer). Penske wants me to bring my own insurance, which I don't have.

Any ideas?

Right. I was hoping to avoid both the expense, and the inconvenient hours. I'll do that if I have no other alternative.
