Would driving for a company w/ auto trans be looked down upon when changing jobs?
Would like to get my experience OTR then come home and get a local or regional job.
Was wondering if it could be a problem for these companies that have manual trans if they knew I was using an autoshift trans. Any input would be appreciated.

That depends. Do you know how to drive a manual transmission? If the answer is "no", then, yes, they'll have problems hiring you.
