Anyone have details about Abilene??? Pay, Home time. Benefits, Equipment.

 

They are out of Richmond and I think are part of US Express.........Malaki86, he was talking with them about going to work for them not that long ago. He would have some better insight/info on them.

 

They talk like they would hire me. Since I have never been to a truck school I would have to ride with a trainer for six months. 3 weeks out at a time. 16¢ a mile. She didn't mention benefits and I forgot to ask.

 

Here's the info they gave me:

2 week pay period
$0.35-0.39cpm loaded, with a $0.05 increase for Northeast
$0.06 less for empty
$12.00 for hourly rate
$25.00 for each extra stop
$25.00 Layover after 24 hours
$12.00/hr Unloading & Detention
$25.00 NYC/Long Island
$25.00 Canada
Vacation: 1-2yrs, 1 week - 3-9yrs, 2wks
All trucks are automatic, goverened at 68mph, EZPass & Prepass, Refrigerators & power inverters installed
Blue Cross/Blue Shield Insurance:
Employee only - $115/2 wks, $5 Dental
Emp & spouse - $230/2wks, $14 Dental
Emp & 1 child - $205/2wks, $14 Dental
Emp & Children - $260/2wks, $15 Dental
Family - $325/2wks, $27 Dental
