it doesnt mattert what he told you, if they put unsatisfactory work record on your report, you are pretty much screwed. think about it, you are in charge of hiring, you have hundreds of apps, you see a guy who has an "unsatisfactory work record" are you going to take time to investigate or just go on to the next one?

Sure does, how dare the people that own the hundred thousand dollar pieces of equipment that haul the hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of freight check on a potential employee to see if he is safe and reliable.

You mean that if you scratch your truck a few times on some tree limbs that the city was supposed to cut and you get reported for that **** you should be fired ?
I seen it happen and it sure as hell was not the drivers fault !!! issedoff:

If the tree falls down the city has to remove it. Does that mean you can drive over it and not be your fault?

My new boss lives up here in North Jersey near NYC, had to follow him over to a place to get some new tires on my truck and trailer, and get an oil change. These streets up here are NOT ment for 53' trailers with extended long nose petes!!! Had to do more then a few turns with some really tight maneuvers and a few scarey low looking bridges, a construction zone with 9' wide clearance, and LOTS of really crazy traffic, all while getting used to this Pete 379 after driving a volvo. As far as the OP goes, you can find something, but you aren't going to find it with a big company.

The answers are there, But I do not know where. Optimistic and hopeful dreams, Are all I have so it seems. The future I do not know, So all I can do is take it slow. But I do know it will work out, So I wait and watch without a doubt.

And people who can't correctly form sentences? Adverbs are supposed to be immediately before or after the verbs they modify if at all possible, not AFTER the object. ![]() Sorry, Boneebone.... but you started it! :lol2:
