Seems like Swift takes the brunt of most smack-talking. JB hunt and Werner right up there with them.
I spent the better part of an hour, shooting the breeze with a 3 year Swift company driver veteran the other day, while he was unloading. He (obviously) likes the company enough to stay past the point where he paid back his school expenses (quoted to my by him as 23 months), was more than satisfied with the miles he was getting and his cpm (though I think everyone wishes for MORE $$), and commented that the load I saw him shucking off his can was the first load he's actually fingerprinted since starting.
Just as an example...
I'm still trying to figure out which is the BEST (f the companies that take on school grads) to put your first year or 2 in with - as I'm in a position that I can relocate, or wait a month or three to do so (versus having to "compromise" just to get on the road)...
