I honestly do not care where you decide to work, but you might regret not going with R+L after some seat time with Swift, especially after you learn more about the industry. The LTL type jobs are in high demand for a reason, check out their turnover rates compared to the truckload OTR segments of the trucking industry. Swift is a failing company on the verge of bankcruptcy. You would actually have a future/career with R+L as opposed to a just a job with Swift. Seriously, I wish you the best of luck no matter which avenue you persue.
