I beleive swift has added a few things to this test one added item was described like this to me by a current swift driver...after all the lifting tests they have you bend from the waist at 45-90 degree angle and place palms on a sturdy surface infront of you then lock your elbows and hold your breath ...I guess ifyou look behind you or scream you fail .
