Most companies only consider your driving history for the last three years as far as safety related issues go. If you have a clean history for the last three years you would be able to get on almost anywhere.

This is correct. You have the same rights to dispute inaccurate info as you do on your credit report.

I dont want to start a whole new thread...
so maybe some of you happen to know the shift pattern on a 9 speed Volvo 670.. Is it the same as a 9/10 Eaton Fuller used on the Pete 387's Anyone.... ? Thanks

It depends on the entry as to how long it can and will stay on your report.
DAC will keep basic employment records (Where and when worked) for 10 years. Safety information will drop after 3 to 7 years depending on exactly what it is.

Since you have he same sleep disorder that I have (wait, I got mine from working with you for XX years) Run my DAC some morning while your going over your spreadsheets and see what LST put on it.
