Shame 'em into fixing it: keep your eyes peeled for an old mudflap lying around a t/s with some other company's name/logo on it and duct tape it over the vent.

I doubt this is new policy at Schneider... you can't see three pumpkins in a row without at least one of them having crushed steps, side air deflectors or "pumpkin tape" over some portion of the truck.

And the trailers... oh. my. gawd. I actually saw an ad in the latest Truck Paper touting 500 1993-1995 pumpkin trailers with a tag line like "Will not be undersold by anyone!" No doubt that is true.

WOW, im leased onto SNI and havent had a problem getting any trailers fixed...matter fact if there is something wrong with ur trailer or its due for inspection they wont let you leave any yard with it until its fixed. What you do is write that problem up the next time you go to have a PM done,,,,,,,if you take it in just for that problem you are more than likely not to get if fixed.

that is a team drivers truck. That is the escape hatch for the driver in the bunk to be able to get out in case of emergency.

Duct tape, bubble gum, and bailing wire will fix anything

Schneider has gone down hill since that new efficiency expert dude took over...

And England?? Crappy Trucks?? S******.. I seem them all they time a my DC and at Backhauls, I love their Trucks, but i hear the Company Sucks!!

And Tom its a Slip Seat Truck.. 80% of the Drivers Slip Seat on Schneider Wal Mart Accounts. I couldn't get a Picture of that One Truck with the hole on the Side which look like a four wheeler ran into!!
Look into conway truckload! there equipment is top notch, there drivers even in these times are avg 2000 miles per week and they are still looking for drivers. I can honestly tell you they are a good company. Check them out!! its much better then where you are at..
