New Grad .... ATTEN: ALL O/O
new grad looking for some one to take me on the road to get some of that over the road exp.... i.m in seattle wa ....my class was a 360+ course not one of those 4 weeks and can't shift classes so any one ?????????????

You are in a difficult situation if you want to go to work for an owner operator. Most insurance companies require at least 2 years experience for smaller fleets and owner operators to get them insured. The reason many of the large fleets can hire inexperienced drivers is because some of them self insure up to a certain level. Unless there is something catastrophic the insurance company is protected.
