Of course, I'm home every night, but I carry a set of Standard wrenches. A pair of pliers, and yes, I keep them in the leather pouch. I also have a pair of channel locks.
Other tools. I carry a small bottle of contact solution, contact holder thingamajig. An extra pair of glasses, in case my contacts bother me. Tylanol, etc...
