The weigh station website it free, too. They have some of their information that isn't free- like alternate routes and overweight info. But the mile markers and general info and comments etc are free.

POI factory sounds great for GPS stuff- I've never used them because can't ever figure that stuff out. I know they have a lot of folks working on their information gathering- and I really like the idea of knowing where the rest areas are, too. But the GPS coordinates don't help you if your load isn't quite right, if you know what I mean!
