I was on a Schneider Dedicated account for about a year. it wasn't bad, but expect to make less than the system drivers. most people want a dedicated account, so they tend to be willing to work for less.
schneider knows it, that's how they work it. it's not good or bad, just business.
if you want to be home more and have a more structured schedule, you're going to have to do it for less.
Basically, what's more important, hometime or money? If you want both, Schneider probably isn't the place for you.
Well, that's not entirely true. some dedicated accounts can get you 3000 miles per week, but that's not guaranteed. The real money at Schneider is in team driving,
afaik.
