It's Photoshoped.
If it were real you would be able to see the contrast in the colors and numbers on the windshield, reflecting the windshields shape. I find it suspect though the numbers and information on the left has a different transparency than the map in the center of the picture. I may be wrong? but it just doesn't look right.

The math would make the average speed just under 65mph. 289.1 / 4:41:22 That would be the miles to go and ETA. FYI it works out to 65.5mph which is the current speed. 11:29:54 mdt Current time, Mountain Daylight Time. For this to work logically the road would have to always be displayed as east/west otherwise the overlay would block the road view. Strange that a compass is missing. A grade indicator would be nice too. Likely it is a Photoshop, but cool nonetheless
