The simplest solution is to take the Non-alcoholic version of Nyquil. Then there is nothing that will show up on any drug or alcohol screening test.
The standard version of Nyquil has a good bit of alcohol in it. Would it still be in your blood stream the morning after? Who knows....it all depends on your weight and metabolism. Here is a link to the "warnings" page for the product:

And here's a link to an article about Nyquil....which, if it contains "truth"...could give you "pause" to consider taking Nyquil at all.

I know that recently a friends son-in-law took too much Nyquil which resulted in a complete "shutdown" of his kidneys....renal failure, which caused him to bloat rather severly with much pain...which landed him in the hospital for several days and netted him one helluva hospital bill.
If you are going to use the stuff...buy the non-alcohol variety, read the label and follow the directions. Or just use "Dayquil".

Remember: The "truth WILL set you free"! If it doesn't "set you free"....."it will trap you in the cesspool of your own design".
They lost my original "avatar"....oh well.
