I agree 100%, try it at home first if you can. Pay attention to wich active ingredients affect you and wich ones don't so when you are shopping for meds you can eliminate the ones that make you unsafe on the road.

I am not into vitamins so much but I asked a doctor once "out of all the over the counter meds , which is best for a cold"?. He said most were the same but recomended taking some zinc.

I drink one orange juice in the morning and I don't ever get sick I had the flu once when I was in highschool I'm 44 now.
I'm a firm believer in vitamin C,I try to stay away from supplements.

And yes sudafed put my mother in the ditch a few years ago while she was driving to get her groceries.
