WASHINGTON — Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administrator John Hill said this afternoon that the agency had chosen to retain the 11-hour daily driving limit and the 34-hour restart rule in what is officially called the Interim Final Rule on Hours of Service.

Pretty much! I wish they would just make up their damn mind, honestly I didn't see nothing with HOS that was implemented when the HOS first came about. Why fix something that isn't broke but people are never happy and always want to change something no matter how good it is. :roll:
