Why turn it in? You could easily get $800 for a Crete tractor on the market, and probably the same for the trailer. :lol:

It's a Crete truck ,so it onlty has steel wheel on the tractor , And their trailers have usual assortment of steer ,drive,trailer tire mixes at 50% tread ...So you might get $800.00 for the entire set .

I would need cash up front in my bank account before I gave the information leading to the recovery . However if I were Crete i would be looking at the Driver ,and people working at the shipper as suspects first ... :wink:

It seems to me that with todays technology (gps,i-phones, internet on cell phones, gps for pets) that trucking companies would install difficult to remove gps devices on thier trailers.

I doubt it...a hand can do a lot with a hammer and a chisel.
