As much as these companies are screaming for drivers right now, I doubt you'll have too hard of a time getting a job. Especially if you quit over that- just be honest about it. I don't think you're whining about it- if a company has trainers who are that disgusting, that says something about the company. What? No other trainees complained? I'm sure someone knew the guy was sub-standard and they just didn't care.

I guess one thing you've learned from this is that it's up to you to become a good driver. A good trainer can help you along, but they are few and far between. It's up to you to learn from experienced drivers out there and to make an effort to become one.
