Local guys, do you have this problem?

People bitching about how they got a bad run and another got a good run or what truck your assigned to... Theres more drama with this group of 40-60 year olds than there is with my friends in their 20's! Seniority rules all for the most part but the boss's play favorites big time!
Is this just how it is with my company or are most all local outfits the same?

I got the same problem where i work also. I'm 26, but everyone else is 38-58, i believe, and a few have little "wars" against each other  and we only have like eight guys that work pretty close together.
It's getting to the point where I put in an app. at another company. I don't want to jump ship, cuz the most of the guys are great to work with and the owners do there best to keep everyone happy, but there is always someone who's gotta start some type of crap. |
