It is channel 19 for all of California except when you are on the I-5. When you are traveling I-5 north past the I-210 freeway in Sylmar, CA. it switches to channel 15 till you get to Hwy 46, Lost Hills, CA then it switches to channel 17. Use the same formula going back southbound.
