Well, for around here, 13.00hr is great pay considering most companies around here pay anywhere from the 9 to 10.00 hr range. I know that in some parts of the country that would be wellfare money but for here its good.

We have a company paying $11.00/hr pulling a gas tanker. They only want 3 months experience.
