I almost went to TMC when I first started. Then I realized I didnt want to tarp loads in 20 below weather or real windy days. Their equipment is top notch. I hear its like a bootcamp though, I talked to a few drivers who tried them and some loved them while others hated them. Again I guess it depends on what kind of crap your willing to tolerate.

Well you'll tarp loads in crap weather with Maverick or any flatbed company. It'll either rain, be too cold or too hot. I dont know about TMC's other locations but I went to their facility in Columbia SC.
Columbia is rathole city , filled with rats for residents. I dont know if they have moved their Columbia facility to a new location in Columbia. But the old location was on top of a dirt hill and you worked outside for the most part. The accomodations were strictly crack whore central.
They might have improved that location since I was there.
