Default New Freightliner Cascadia

Anyone out there seen the new Cascadia from Freightliner? Not a bad looking truck but resembles what would happen if you bred a Pete 387 to a Freightliner Columbia! :moose:

I agree, I loved the part with the truck cruising down the highway getting sleepy and passing the truckstop with all the sleeping trucks... haha

I have seen the new Cascadia. The supposed truck for the "big" truck drivers. It doesn't look to awful but I would still rather stick with the Century's front end.

"Cars" was a great movie. If you get the DVD, there's a deleted scenes section (since it was animation, the "deleted" scenes are handrawn sketches") that has one scene where Lightning gets separated from Mack and the trailer when they stop at the truckstop so Mack can take a shower (truckwash! ). Lightning gets out of his trailer and pokes around the truckstop, and several parked trucks mock his lack of lighting and they start flashing their headlights and "chicken lights" each trying to one up the other with the amount of lights they have and the final truck is one of those "chicken hauler specials" with a zillion lights! Pretty funny.

I think the truck looks more like a cross between the Freightliner M2 and Pete 387.

Yeah, every time my wife, and I drive by one of the truck stops here, she says something about the trucks, sleeping.

The first part, where Sheryl Crow is singing. The little Elvis RV in the pitts. :P
