Too many variables.

There are many ways to conserve fuel...and much of that depends on how well the Driver concerns himself in that regard.

I'm idling right now with the A/C on. :?

There goes my average mpg rate.

Screw it. I'm having a bad day...and I'm in no mood to care.
Tioga Fruit Terminal in Philly over-loaded me. They KNOW there are no nearby scales heading toward Detroit. They figure you finally scale...you'll be too far out to care...and it's Friday.

She was pulling heavy...I can tell when I'm over-loaded. There again goes any mpg average.

I hate Grocery Warehouses...especially the ones which pull crap like this.
I still haven't scaled...but I'm betting I'm 4,000 over gross. ....crap.

Like the reverse firing ejection seat. Wonder what happens if your already sitting on the floor. Some neat stuff in it, wouldn't mind trying it out over my '95 Ford.

Ah, it's got the no-ground antenna mounts just like the KW 2k's. Must be made out of plastic!

The thing looks like a broken shovel. I say we start calling it "Shovel Face."

I'd rather drive my company's old beat up Classic than this here Shovel Face.

I'll be curious to see how long the sound deadening works before it starts leaking like a..................well............a Freightliner.

I'm a "BIG" truck driver, 6'4, 315lbs. and the last 3 weeks in a Columbia hasn't been all that comfy. My main complaint is seat adjustment. No matter where I position the height, there still isn't enough leg room. With the steering wheel all the way up, I still hit the turn signal when I get my foot up on the clutch. When not on cruise, my right leg has to rest against the console side below the cup holder. Gets kinda sore after a few hours. I'm still in the trainer's truck for a couple more weeks and hope the shop will be able to outfit me with a better set up once I get my own rig. I haven't tried the Volvo's we have yet. Maybe they'll be a little more adjustable.

I'm 6'8" and 280 and man, I miss driving my old comlumbia. This is what you gotta do when you get your own truck, you might now want to do this to your trainers truck. You put the seat back all the way (the back rest) and then SLAM the seat all the way back agianst the cabinet. During training my I got intense pains in my legs and knees but after a couple months of stopping every two hours to stretch my legs I got over it and kept on trucking!
