as far as what kind. you can go to their websight & look at all the prices & styles. as for me, because i have a flat top sleeper in a cabover i wanted something that can be pulled on & off, without having to bend over to lace/unlace.

go to wally world and get some cheap tennis shoes i got some for $10. i also have boots from their ozark trail/waterproof there around $16 - $25. ive been wearing that brand for ten years or more they have good rubber soles. i used to wear them when i did roofing. its going to be up to you what kind of boot or shoe you want every is different when it come to boots or shoes.

Bare feet works for me in the summer. :P Put some socks over the pedals, nice and clean, real cheap too.
8) As for boots I wear Blundstones.
