I am new to driving and have not been outside of my hometown much but i am suprised at the locations of these Adult video truck stops. They very close to bigger truck stops and seem to always have 5 or more semi's on thier lots.

I just happened to hear a conversation over a CB last week and a lady was directing another trucker to come to the rear of the adult video truck stop where she was waiting....I was kind of shocked of how blatant it was...I mean it seems the cops would be listening in on it. I looked over and there was about 10-15 trucks parked back there. :shock:

 

Gotta find parking somewhere!

I never understood the 24hr need for porn at a truckstop.
Especially in the south where you cant even buy a beer on Sunday because of "blue laws" but you can get all the porn you want 24/7.


But I guess anyone who frequents those places help keep the lot lizards in business as well.

It seems to be a big thing in the US, we don't really have those here in Canada, when I first started running in the US I was surprised how many porn shops there were down there

 

They have a fan base... and its not illegal nor any more or less "moral" than anything else around this country. If you dont like it, don't buy it.

Canadians might not like the Adult stores, but you guys sure have enough titty bars at the truck stops. I have seen several truck stops with them the times I have been into Canada.
