Very good company. They deliver to where I work at now and they have excellent equipment. The drivers I've talked to with them are happy and say they are treated excellent. They said the benefits are good and the pay is good. They do hire recent grads and there training is only 10 days instead of six weeks. Most of their freight is LTL furniture and carpet but they do haul some other things as well. They have local, regional and over the road oppurtunites. With the OTR they get you home pretty often from what the drivers said. If you can get on a Watkins and Shepard I would say go for it!!! Good luck to ya.
