i was wondering which company has the lowest standards for hiring drivers. My mvr is not stellar so I will have to put my time in and wait it out. The main problem on it is a suspension 3 months ago.

The suspension could be a problem, depending on why your license was suspended. It will also depend on what else is on your MVR. Insurance companies are pretty fickle about who they will cover. Most will allow up to 3 moving violations, again depending on the severity.

Most companies don't want a suspension due to a moving violation.
Failure to pay a fine is ok, but speeding, wreckless driving, and DUI's are not.

I got 4 minor incident/accidents and 2 speeding tickets is there any help for me ?

If those have been within the last 3 years it will be a problem for you. Most will allow about 3 moving violations in the last 2 or 3 years. The incidents or accidents will probably need to be evaluated in each situation. Can you elaborate a bit more on how fast and the type of accidents or incidents? Were you at fault with any of them?

Correct-It's the Insurance company calling the shots-Not just the carrier.
