Hi guys. I currently have no CDL or driving experience. However, I am strongly looking at flatbedding with Maverick or TMC. What is the average first year pay for each company? What about the 2nd and 3rd years. Keep in mind I'm interested in their regional runs that allow me to be home most weekends. Thanks.

Welcome Anthony. I dont mean to be a richard cranium but there's only about 5000 posts on these two companies here. You could read for days and when your done you'll feel like you already work at one of them. You'll even know all the people who work there....you'll make 800-1200 gross a week and be home every weekend..blah,blah,blah...its all true just pick one. Sorry guess I'm in a mood.
