 I got a george foreman grill/griddle along with a microwave and a crockpot slocooker. i also have a mr. coffee and a small charcoal grill. it helps that i have an apt. sized refridgerator. my gal has me budgeted for 1 meal a week at the buffet. my food costs are around $30 a week. i love pork chops, chuck steak, stews, ect. i have hot breakfast and cold lunch and a real full dinner for dinner. i also have to exercise and walk a lot or i might get a cut in meal expenses lol i would rather eat in truck than deal with all the hassel and time wasted eating in truck stops. my doctor says it is healthier the way i eat.

The latest studies that have been conducted over the last two years show that by the time the food in the truck stop buffet actually gets onto a driver's plate, the flies have already consumed about 85% of the grease that was on the food!!
