Where in the World did you come up with that?
I'm guessing where it came from

hi guys, with referance to the .31 to .35 cents per mile i think you will find that most decent canadian companys will pay a minimum of .42 cpm plus loading + unloadin + Tarping and some even get paid for crossing the border, also with the company i work for we get an extra .02cpm if you have a FAST card.
When you take in to consideration the strong CAD against the USD its a pretty good rate. I myself are now hauling frieght to the USA after running coast to coast canada for three months, and i have to tell you i enjoy the aminities you truckers have and the cost of everything down there is so cheap. Stay safe everyone.

He might be looking into a way to move to canada, I have considered this, becasue my girlfriend lives there.
We have been in this relationship for 5 years and Im seriously mulling it over now.

That might be what he is asking but then he left out a bonch of motive as well, will never know until he posts more clearly.
Besides that, any advice on moving and what companies would offer an american a job in hopes to move there?
