What incentives are you referring to? The mileage bonus? You will get at least the .04cpm every week and most weeks get the full .05cpm. If you want to run 3,000+ miles they are there if you want them
As for NYC.........won't have to go there much at all and if you do get a load there you can refuse it with no reprocusions. They do pay $100 xtra if you take it.

I was talking about the training pay it seems to be the highest around and the incentive of there being a training center in hamilton ohio 1.5 hours from my house

right now i am waiting on an answer from them they keep telling me to call back is this normal practice for them TMC did samething but they pre hired me

Personally I wouldn't base my future career on what I had to do, where I had to do it or how much I'd make the first few weeks of my job. What's more important is what's offered AFTER all was said and done a month or year down the road.

I do understand that goldie but I also have to look at the here and now to see what it will take to make trucking work for me I have suffered for 12 years at a job I hate working in ajob most people couldn;t do or wouldn't do and the only reason I did it was for my family . I know the first year is ruff . AND buy the way if your wondering what i do it wastewater you know crap poop and when your knee deep in it everthing looks greener on the other side

I hear THAT, and understand completely. Just make sure you don't pick a job just because the apple they dangle in front of you is riper than the one next to it, it may be over ripe, and the fruit inside, rotten.

The training pay is exactly what they say on thier website. No bait and switch or lies.

First off just got letter from millis today got accepted. think I am definetly going .Second Iwant to thank fred and rebajosh for all the info especially fred since i emailed him alot . I think TMC is a great company and still may end up there someday but i think for just starting out van is best for me thats seems like a lot to contend with just starting out an d ihave lot of respect for those who do it or any other truck driving thanks to all
