8) There's several out here on the west coast that will train you, many of the companies are very short for drivers now and have started changing there hiring and training policies. Just do a computer search on truck drivers west coast and you will get more than expected.

Also don't go by there listed requirements because many of them have changed there employment policies since posting there jobs as stated above. If you find one you like call them and start asking questions it's the best way to find out there current requirements.
