 ROFLMAO
I just found him in another forum. Here's what he said
hey guys, new guy here, i'm in a similar situation and dont knwo where to turn....
i have my classA, minimal experience, mostly local, dont have the endorsements and frankly i'm not interested in them...i want to go OTR with a good company wiht good benefits, i'm not getting any good response or good feedback so far...
i dont have the worst MVR, but im sure its not the greatest either -
1 unsafe operation of a motor vehicle - 9/04
1 careless driving - 8/02
1 failure to keep in proper lane - 9/01
1 speeding (20+) - 10/00
==============================
1 accident - at fault - 6/04
2 accidents - not at fault - 8/02

hey, i'm trying to behave and clear this up but it takes time...i just want to drive OTR and i've already been lied to by Swift and sent packin at there orientation this week...
PM me if you'd prefer to keep it private....any and all suggestions will be taken into further consideration.
thanks for yer time.
Seems like that wasn't perzackly the story he was telling here. Am I right?

About Sweet Time. I have found RRs posts on EVERY subject to be quite irritating. For someone who has never driven OTR he sure did seem to know a lot about trucking.
For anyone who cares, here is my opinion. Swift did not screw him. A pre hire is nothing. I consider a pre hire to be in the same vein as a job interview. I have read it on here many times, "you do not have a job until you leave the yard with your own truck". RR wanted someone to hand him an OTR job. For all the time he spent posting on here (almost 800 messages in just a few months) he could have called thousands of companies. He just didnt want to do the leg work. Regardless of how much some of you liked RR, using profanity towards another poster is out of line, on any board in my opinion. As far as his driving record, those are pretty serious offenses. Swift or any company for that matter is allowed to make any kind of decision on who drives for them and who doesn't. His claim of false advertising is ludacris. RRs sudden hatred for Swift for something that was his own fault is obsurd. RR loved to point the blame at everyone but himself. His almost tantrum-like posts were almost more than I could stand. It would not surprise me one bit if he was let go just based on the way he is. I seriously doubt he is so much different in person than in his posts. Last time I checked the internet was not a personality changer. For the record, I do not frive OTR or have ever driven OTR. It is something that I am considering trying to re-enter. My other posts explain my situation for anyone interested. I just enjoy to read the posts and get information on truck driving. It is really annoying to read someones question and to see that RR was the first one to reply. Maybe someone with experience could get the first crack at it. I coulc go on and on but I will end it here. Sorry if this is out of line but I have been biting my tongue over RR for sometime. Hopefully the posts will go back to truck driving.

P.S. Spell Check is your friend and adding LOL after every sentence is really not cool.

RR is an adult, he is not a teenager. RR is mad at the world and he wants to get even with it. I also have tried to help him behind the scenes, with very little affect. Will I miss him - No. As Yoda said in response to Obi-Wan's statement --- He was our last hope --- There is another.

Don't worry there will be another one.

Well all be. I always figured there was more to the story than he led us to believe. I guess the truth finally came out.

As far as Useless and Rokk's conversation. Excellent points from both sides. See, now that's how you have an adult conversation/debate. Perfect example of how to use a forum to express your views. Freedom of speech at its finest.

He has 4 tickets (one is over 20+ mph??), 3 accidents and he is looking to drive OTR no less. Nope, don't want him out here with me. I don't want him just because he has a short fuse, don't need anymore of those.
Sorry, glad he is gone. Told him last night to get on the phone and start dialing but he has to know that nobody is going to hire him. Oh maybe CRE will hire, he'd be perfect for them.
