I heard that the best drink to recover energy is some chocolate milk! I'm not sure if this is true, but it would be nice
I also like orange juice.... masses of them. I also like the idea to add a touch of honey into it. I'm also a fan of smoothies, I really like to drink one from time to time.

I've been drinking whole milk for years (decades, and I drink it by the gallon), and refuse to use products like Parkay. Plenty of real butter and cheese. The only thing the doctor said I need to do is cut down on starches. Potatoes, bread, pasta, and rice. Otherwise, everything is in the good range. Triglycerides are a little high. Seems that like eggs, milk fat has gotten a bad rap.

Orange Juice is not good for you..It became a myth during the 50's none of these high sugar drinks are.. There is at least if not more sugar in some juices as there is in a full sugared Soda pop.

I want to get away from canned soda and learn how to make your own soda water recipes that don't contain preservatives.
You know like in the olden days of the soda pop shop where they actually blended your soda right there. I imagine it cant be that hard to mix some OJ/Lime/Lemon/Grapefruit with some corn syrup/sugar and seltzer water. But thing I cant find out is how do you put caffeine in it? The only thing I can think of crushing up caffeine pills, but that seams like the wrong way to go about it. Any ideas? |
