the best drink for me in summer is orange juice with ice and lemon, or milkshake from ice-cream + different berries.

smoothies are my favorite as well.
currently I'm addicted to Almond Orange Smoothie: oranges, bananas, almond butter, and vanilla beans make for a simple smoothie that’s packed with flavor and nutrients. bonus, it tastes like an Orange Julius!

I agree with everyone about whole milk.

I like 8 oz. steamed up thick and foamy and mixed in a pitcher until the consistency of paint,
then poured over a hot double shot of espresso coffee, to make a delicious Latte.

I make these drinks at home with a ProTec double boiler espresso machine, and a Ceato Espresso Grinder.
No way I could afford this decadency, if I had to buy these drinks at a Coffee Bar.
I only need to make 1600 drinks at home to pay for the equipment.

Kefir is a drink I'm looking more into, as it has recently been found out to be a good therapeutic ( dietary supplement ) for a covid-19 infection, or any viral infection for that matter.

Not familiar with this, but it's suppose to be like a light yogurt drink. It comes from Israel I think. Anyway, it's something you can search as well, and if you try it, post back what you think.

I am currently looking for home remedies, and thought I would share this.
I see you can buy the "grains" they use to make this drink, on Amazon, so it's easy to find.
There may even be kefir drinks at your local store. I never heard of it before it came up as a virus fighter.

I've recently tried Turmeric latte. Takes some more minutes to prepare but it worth it. We need turmeric, cinnamon, vanilla extract, ginger and maple syrup to add to milk and whisk constantly over a gentle heat. Once hot, pour into mugs and sprinkle with a little more cinnamon to serve. Really tasty!
