Asking For Prayers
#1
My wife just found out yesterday that her cousin has been diagnosed with late stage 4 cervical cancer. The survival rate for this is below 10-15%. She is 37 with 2 children, one is 16 and the other is 2. My wife's aunt couldn't go into detail due to the fact that there were little ears around. She was able to tell my wife that when her cousin went in for a checkup six months after having the baby, nothing out of the ordinary showed up. So within the last 18 months she went from being clear to where she is now.
Its hit my wife very hard. My wife is 12 days older than her cousin, so you can understand how she is taking the news. Out of all the family, she is the one we went to see the most, but now we live 2500 miles away and they haven't been able to visit like they used too. All we ask is that you keep her in your prayers. Thanks everyone

Phantom ... I will keep her and her family in my prayers ... I just lite a candle in her honor and asked that our Heavenly Father to hold her in his arms and comforts her to let her know that she is loved and her journey here on earth isn't over yet. No matter how long or short her time is here on earth, she still has task to complete and lessons to teach her children and business to attend too . I will keep her in my prayers ... and Your family too.

Glorious Archangel St. Raphael, great prince of the heavenly court, you are illustrious for your gifts of wisdom and grace. You are a guide of those who journey by land or sea or air, consoler of the afflicted, and refuge of sinners.
I beg you, assist me in all my needs and in all the sufferings of this life, as once you helped the young Tobias on his travels. Because you are the "medicine of God" I humbly pray you to heal the many infirmities of my soul and the ills that afflict my body. I especially ask of you the favor (here mention your special intention), and the great grace of purity to prepare me to be the temple of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
